Consider taking a Free Online Assessment  to guage your current substance use.  There is no need to register, and you can print out the result if you’d like.  These assessment tools are not meant to be diagnostic, but to help get a better understanding of historical patterns of use and possibly inform discussion with loved ones and/or a professional.
