Auraria Recovery Community
Our MISSION
The Auraria Recovery Community is a community of students in recovery and their allies. We host fun sober events on the Auraria campus, in the surrounding Denver area, and the beautiful Colorado outdoors. We run weekly student-led All Recovery meetings and provide support and resources to foster the success of our students in recovery and/or those that are struggling with substance misuse, mental illness, or process addictions. All paths and lifestyles are welcome to our open-minded and supportive community.

What is a CRP?
CRP stands for Collegiate Recovery Program and is a "College or University-provided, supportive environment within the campus culture that reinforces the decision to engage in a lifestyle of recovery from substance use. It is designed to provide an educational opportunity alongside recovery support to ensure that students do not have to sacrifice one for the other” (ARHE, 2019)
