Our Staff
Auraria Recovery Community is a student and peer-led program under the administrative oversight of Health Center at Auraria. This oversight allows for program stability and a structure that affords students the opportunity to gain employment and to use their personal histories, experiences and expertise in peer leadership positions. Below, you can get a brief introduction to our current student leaders and what brought them to the Auraria Recovery Community.
Auraria Recovery Community Services
Auraria Recovery Community offers a host of non-clinical services and is able to provide on-and off-campus resources to any student that is interested.

Support Us
Support for the Auraria Recovery Community contributes to the direct programming, services and student engagement opportunities for students on the Auraria Campus. This may look like campus-wide event offerings, room reservations for regularly held All Recovery Meetings, food and drink items to sustain our student community and so much more.

Peer Recovery Coaching
Peer Recovery Coaching gives you an opportunity to meet with one of the Certified Peer Recovery coaches that are part of the Auraria Recovery Community. Peer Recovery Coaches "walk side by side with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders" and these individuals are typically those who find themselves succeeding in their recovery journey.

Recovery Resources
These resources are helpful for individuals looking for either on-campus or off-campus services and supports. Both clinical and non-clinical resources and services are identified. Though not all-inclusive, there is a range of community-based supports spanning the care spectrum as well as various treatment modalities.
